Zoo and mini railroad

We got our membership to the San Diego the first weekend we were here and took my dad with us. We had a great time, although were surprised at how busy it was for a weekend in April! As we left we also visited the Balboa Park mini-railroad, always a favorite with the kids.

This is what Tristan did most of the day:

We love grandpa!!! (I miss all the dishes and laundry you did :)

Looks like fun, Tristan looks so big in the picture with Grandpa. Miss you guys!

Wow Tristan looks as big as Makenzie! Gotta love the snakes (hey Jamie there was one in my driveway yesterday, ssh.) Dad either belongs in the zoo or in the skit fat man in a little shirt, lol.

wonder why it was so crowded in april??? oh, i just saw a blog post about that joovy stroller and they raved about it! now i know someone who actually has one and loves it....we're gonna need one, so who knows?
