Japanese restaurants (April 13, 19)

First we took Charles and Arwen to our favorite family Izakaya (which just means pub in Japanese).  We've been going to this restaurant since our previous trip and the owners always recognize us and we {somewhat} communicate with each other.

Then on our last day we took them to Okonomiyaki, which is like a savory pancake that you get to grill yourself.  The kids love this place and Jamie even helped grill this time.

Once it's done grilling, you top it with mayo and okonomiyaki sauce (which has a special name but I've forgotten what it was), it's similar to BBQ sauce but a bit milder

Do you have a recipe to make those? That looks so good!
