Every Friday in June (and one in May) this year, we headed down to Port Orchard and participated in the 6-pack series of races (so-named because you receive a 6-pack of beer if you win). No 6-packs for us this year but we had a fun time and spent the night on the boat each Friday. Actually, there was one race that wasn't so fun when we collided with another boat prior to the start. Let's just say that we fished a hunk of his boat out of the water and didn't see him at any other race.

| If you're wondering what the skeleton costume is about - 2 years ago on Hawaiian night, there was a body floating in the water and the coast guard was called in to retrieve it. So now we commonly refer to Hawaiian night as "dead man's race". |
