Swimming at the lake

Here's one of the few days that we actually had some good weather. We had a great time swimming the Cerveny kids and cousin Sydney too. Jamie and Otto were so hilarious together, it is too bad they can't play with each other til we get back to washington. And Otto kept taking his trunks off to go pee and Jamie thought it was soooo funny!

Abby is thinking about maybe crawling in a month or two...

During our first few days back we took Jamie to see our house. He was a bit confused but still seemed to remember everything (like his toys, daddy's tools, Jamie's bed). But then he asked where one of his toys was that we have down in San Diego, so I'm sure he doesn't fully understand.

...and we're back!

Wow - we just got back from a 2 week "vacation" at home in Kitsap. We've had visitors since I got back so I've been very busy. So here are some pics from staying at Grandma Debbie's house. There will probably be lots of posts over the next days so stay posted (pun intended!).

Jamie big boy

Jamie is talking so much more these days, and in more complete sentences. The other day I was changing his diaper and the phone rang. I could see from the caller ID that it was a solicitor so I handed the phone to Jamie. He said "he-doh (hello), he-doh"? Then they must've asked him how he was doing because he was like "ba-per (diaper)", more silence, "ba-per!". I could here sounds from the other end, then, "tank-u (thank you), ba-bye". He hangs up the phone and then looks at me and says "ayn-na ticken", then with a puzzled look "mommy?". I assumed they asked to talk to Anna Stenwick, and he knows that my name is Anna but hadn't heard the word Stenwick before. He thought it sounded alot like chicken!
