Here's a few photos that never made it up to the blog. Oh, and I updated my scrap blog with the pages I made from this last weekend. All pictures in this post have been unaltered.
WARNING: THESE PICTURES MAY GIVE THE ILLUSION THAT IT IS SUMMER. IT IS NOT SUMMER. TO FIND SUMMER YOU MUST FLY SOUTH.
fun in the pool... Taking the trolley to old town... mini railroad... Day at la jolla shores... Sunset at la jolla cove...
I know it's been awhile since I last blogged (I did update my crafty site). We finally got our new camera (again). We did get some pictures with our old camera, I will post some here. I'm going away this weekend for a scrapbooking retreat so I should have some pages to upload on my other blog after I get back. And I've finished my work project (for the moment) so I should have a little extra time to blog a little more consistently!
Love, love, love this picture! Going on a walk together (she loved the birds)... In the swing...
Jamie set up these tracks in a circle, lay down on the floor, and just watched them go (see the video), it was too cute!
For those that don't know, we bought a Pentax digital SLR camera back in December around Christmas time. Yesterday, I walked to Target and back with the camera in the basket of the stroller. It was there when I left, and it was not when I returned. I don't know what happened. I retraced my steps, I called mall security and I talked with Target security and lost&found. I posted a lost and reward ad on craigslist and I have been checking ebay, but I don't hold out much hope now. I can't imagine how a camera that big could fall out of my stroller without me noticing. I am thinking that either someone lifted it out when I wasn't paying attention or if it did slip out that someone quickly picked it up and took off with it rather than turning it in or giving it back. Either way, it is gone. I may be able to get reimbursed for the lens as that was bought just 2 months ago and might be covered under my credit card's purchase protection plan which is usually only good for 90 days, but I need to save for a new camera body, and lens strap, and 3 SD cards. Not to mention the fact that I will never get the pictures back that were currently on the camera. I am bummed...
