this last week...

So Jeff and Kim and Eli have been here since Tuesday which meant that Chad and I finally got to go on a date! It had been sooo long. We went out to Ocean Beach and found out that there is a farmer's market every Wednesday. You could picture Ocean Beach as a Port Townsend kinda town. Very organic, all natural, but not the uppity rich type. Very hippi-ish, I'm sure you could find pot on just about any street corner, and there were of course, lots of anti-war type signs. We didn't buy anything because we didn't expect it to be there but we will definitely be going back this week for dinner and for some produce. There were homemade tamales and empanadas - yum! There was a great sunset out on the beach too, which was only a block from the farmer's market.
